Founded in 1991, CHASE, LLC provides comprehensive services designed to promote workplace safety and security through the reduction of substance use/abuse.
Headquartered in Dickson, Tennessee, the CHASE team provides rapid response and personal service to assist clients with compliance to meet federal, state or corporate guidelines. Regardless of when CHASE partners with a client – at the beginning to create a company’s drug-free plan and policy, or later as the third party provider of on-site sample collection/testing/reporting, CHASE’s experienced team maintains a level of professionalism making it one of the most respected third party administrators in the country.

LAURA HAYES
VP OPERATIONS/CUSTOMER SERVICE/CLINICAL
Laura joined C.H.A.S.E. in 2011 after a successful career at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Registered Nurse. She graduated from Aquinas College with a degree in nursing in 1999 and worked in the Vanderbilt Medical Center Burn ICU, Trauma ICU and Pediatric Emergency Departments before becoming a Flight Nurse at Vanderbilt Life Flight. Laura has two adult daughters one who has just started her career in Elementary Education and one who is a Pre-Vet major at Tennessee Tech University.
VICKI SHERRILL

Vicki joined C.H.A.S.E. in 1992 and has always worked in finance or accounting. She has 3 children and 7 grandchildren. Her hobbies include sports, cooking, finding bargains and enjoying time with family and friends.

Eda joined C.H.A.S.E. in May of 2017. She previously worked for a local ophthalmologist as an ophthalmic technician. She has been married for 21 years to her husband and has 2 children. She enjoys watching her kids play baseball, basketball, golf and softball and relaxing on the beach.

Alice joined C.H.A.S.E. in June 2008 after 5 years in the insurance industry and 12 years in retail management. She has a BBA in Marketing from Austin Peay State University. Alice enjoys shopping, reading, crafting and trips to the beach. She and her husband spending most of their spare time with their two daughters and grandson as well as their three dogs.

Trish joined C.H.A.S.E. in March 2013 with previous experience in insurance and banking. Trish has two grown sons. She enjoys remodeling her home in her spare time.

Gracie joined C.H.A.S.E. in August of 2022 with prior experience in banking. She loves listening to audiobooks, podcasts, and music but especially Harry Styles. She enjoys going to concerts with friends, singing karaoke with her dad and all things crafty. On the weekends, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family.

Courtney joined our C.H.A.S.E family in May of 2017. Before she came here, she was in the cosmetology field for 10 plus years. Her and her husband have been together for 18 years and are busy running around raising 4 growing boys. In her spare time she enjoys shopping, cooking, and good movies.
